A team start works expeditiously on this phase by dividing work into modules and features since the plan & prototype workflow was prepared. Create a sprint plan based on the feature & module list and assign each feature to the appropriate team or developers. We deploy each sprint plan for client testing on the dev server to reduce the risk and improve the product.

Once the application is completed we start to refine the project by testing each feature. We test the entire project end to end with all possible test cases and make sure it’s working as per the requirement of the client since we believe to the delivered the best product.
